He was a very nice man and we got to know each other quite well due to the fact that we spent 9 HOURS on the phone together the first day AND an additional hour the next before he suggested(after charging me over $100 for h elping me!) that I take it to "a local technician" who would be better able to help me with my new printer. I went to Dell's website and followed their instructions which led me to eventually being contacted by a technician from India. I followed all the troubleshooting suggestions in the booklet and online and nothing helped. I won't bore you with details of the problems, suffice to say the printer just stopped. It was all fine and well until I reached around the tenth page. Everything seemed great and the day after I set it up, I began printing. I received the printer in the mail and it was relatively easy to set up.
